Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Or MBA from a reputed institution

Experience: 10+ Years
Job description:

  • To manage a team having a size of about 25 – 50 technical persons comprising of BIM technicians & Revit Modelers.
  • Optimized manpower planning and allocation for timely completion of projects.
  • Technical discussions and interactions with clients through various communication modes.
  • Meetings (online as well as personal) with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and document the same.
  • Overall responsibility for the Construction BIM model creation and information developed during construction.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication to ensure that all BIM modeling assignments are executed timely and correctly.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables to the desired level.
  • Identify internal skill gaps and provide/ arrange appropriate training.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience in architecture/ engineering /construction
  • In-depth knowledge of current BIM practices and trends.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in delivering BIM services for international clients.
  • Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal & communication skills (written and oral). Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience with Revit Architecture, MEP, Mechanical, HVAC modeling.
  • Proficient with creation of Revit project from 2D input drawings
  • Working knowledge with point cloud data will be an added advantage.
  • Should have good knowledge on cross-functional areas of BIM, i.e Structural, MEP & Architectural services, Estimation and quote preparation experience is must desired.
